Tsuyoshi Hayashi

 

 

 

Born in 1979, Nagoya, Japan.

In 2007, Tsuyoshi got admitted into Design Academy Eindhoven and had Dutch design education in the Netherlands. After internship at Piet Hein Eek, Tsuyoshi graduated from Design Academy Eindhoven Man & Well-being department with his graduation work "Kawara Bench". Since established "studio tsuyoshi hayashi" in the Netherlands in 2013, he has been exhibiting in Europe and got awarded at "D3 Design Talents" in imm Cologne, "iF Concept Design Award", "Interieur Awards 2014" at Biennale Interieur, Kortlijk, Belgium and so on.

In 2015, his new work, "Kawara Shelf" wan IDÉE Awards at "Konica Minolta Social Design Awards", and started exposure of his work in Japan.
